Roy Johanson Makes Angel Investment

Initially learning of TixNix from a University of Chicago New Venture Challenge judge, Roy Johanson has made an angel Investment in TacitLogic, the parent company of TixNix.

Roy has significant entrepreneurial experience, having started his own mechanical engineering consulting company. More recently, he has been with McKinsey Consulting for five years. He has since left to pursue personal investment interests.

Roy states, "TacitLogic is pursuing an interesting strategy, targeting an under served market segment. The principals bring considerable experience in how legal professionals use and think about information technology, and their go-to-market approach is well positioned to capture market share. After TixNix builds some critical mass, I believe that they will be well positioned to pursue related opportunities that build off the basic platform and address other legal/IT automation issues."

Julie & Mike Hayward Make Angel Investment

Owners of the Log Home Living Center in New Hampshire and first time Angels, Julie & Mike Hayward have made an investment in TacitLogic.
