TixNix Client Case Study - Feifer & Greenberg LLP

Feifer & Greenberg is law firm that has helped thousand of drivers in New York state deal with legal issues like traffic tickets, DMV hearing and license suspensions. While they started their practice with a focus on New York City's high concentration of drivers, Feifer & Greenburg quickly learned that drivers from all over the state and even travelers from Canada were in need of their services. In response they became New York's "TicketDoctors" a firm dedicated to helping anyone driving in New York with their legal issues.

Growing Pains

The strategic decision to focus their practice on driving-related issues across the entire state of New York was not with out its challenges. Success required competitive pricing and a higher volume practice than is typical of most small law firms. Marketing became critical in driving client volume while technology solutions were needed to manage and track client data from all over the state.

Feifer & Greenburg rose to the challenge by developing a state-wide network of attorneys that they could rely on to handle some of their volume, creating a branded web site to promote their services to a broad audience and building a sophisticated database to track information on clients, matters courts and judges. While all of these efforts were successful and helped the TicketDoctors to grow and become more successful, they took much of the partner's time away from their core competency of fighting for drivers.

A strategic match between the TicketDoctors and TixNix was evident right away. "The TicketDoctors saw the same opportunities in the market as we did." Says TixNix founder Steve Ehrenreich. "They were struggling with things that we are great at - marketing and technology - while we needed what they had created, a growing state-wide network of dedicated traffic attorneys."

Early results from the relationship between TixNix and the TicketDoctors have been very promising. "With literally no effort on our part, TixNix has provided our firm with more leads and a greater return on our marketing investment than we could ever have imagined." Says Scott Feifer, ""We've been partnered with TixNix for just over two months and they have arguably become the most integral part of our firm. Based on our initial returns and the enthusiasm TixNix has shown working with us, we truly feel that the sky's the limit."
