TixNix Tackles Truckers At The Great American Trucking Show 2005 TixNix hosted a booth at this year's Great American Trucking Show, held in Dallas, Texas from August 25th to August 27th. On hand were TixNix.com Founder and COO Drew Massie, TixNix.com Director of Marketing Adam Rodnitzky, TixNix.com Texas attorneys Steven Owsley and Karina Listenius and Steven Owsley's wife Cabrina. During the three days of the show, over 4000 TixNix.com brochures were handed out to truckers, who enthusiastically embraced the idea of easy legal representation without pre-paid charges or the need to get off the road to go to a lawyer's office or traffic court. Both Steven and Karina gave free consultations in the TixNix booth to drivers with pending moving violations. Dozens of these drivers were converted to TixNix clients on the spot. Most importantly, however, a number of trucking fleet managers agreed to provide TixNix as a resource to their drivers (see next story). "We couldn't have asked for a better show," said Rodnitzky. "Time after time, each trucker we talked to said that this was exactly what they needed to stay on the road and out of trouble. Given the word-of-mouth nature of the trucking community, we expect the exposure we got at GATS to multiply as these truckers spread the word to their friends." Submit a Traffic Ticket on TixNix Trucking Fleet Managers Sign Up For TixNix Service The most important development at The Great American Trucking Show was the growth of significant business opportunities with trucking fleet managers. Over thirty fleet managers at the show expressed interest in developing a relationship with TixNix to provide legal representation services to their drivers, and some have already actively integrated TixNix into the services they provide their drivers. "This is clearly one of the quickest paths to growth we have identified for TixNix," said Drew Massie, Co-Founder and COO. "The value of the service is clearly there for the fleet managers, it's clearly there for the drivers, and, most importantly, it's absolutely there for TixNix network attorneys." The sizes of the fleets signed up at the show ranged from small fleets of ten trucks to massive nationwide fleets of thousands of trucks. The largest fleet captured at the show has a whopping 6400 trucks nationwide. The TixNix marketing department is currently developing a fleet kit to be sent to these fleet managers designed to close business with each manager, as well as help them communicate the benefits of using TixNix to their drivers. This kit will be mailed out within the next two weeks to capitalize on the momentum gained at the show. Recent business development efforts have resulted in a rapid expansion including the addition of eight states: Georgia in the South, Virginia and Pennsylvania in the East, Washington in the Pacific Northwest, and Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois in the Midwest. The addition of these states brings critical coverage to some of the nation's most heavily used transportation and cargo corridors.
